- Three+ years experience
You must have exceptional skill and experience with:

- Dreamweaver or GoLive
- PhotoShop
- Fireworks
- CSS mechanics
- SEO mechanics
You should be above average in any of these areas:
- Cross Browser Development
- Flash
- Action Scripting Development
- DHTML mechanics
- Dynamic programming
- Illustrator
